“I have been given a great gift that allows me to share my experience in a way that connects with people on a deep level regardless of subject or style. The methods and mediums I use are varied, my style is expanding all the time.

I always like to show new work along with older favorites. When I decided to do this exhibit, I knew I'd be creating some new work. After a long absence from the "easel" I feel like a beginner again. The title of the exhibit came while looking at this toy, and thinking of creating some new work after such a long period. That period started just before the birth of my first daughter, but I didn't think it would be so many years.

Life evolved and my pursuit of art took on new direction; more commercial applications, computers, and the web have allowed me to create art and learn more. Now it's time to apply some of the new ideas and techniques. I'm planning on having lots of fun.”
